Radiesse: Wrinkle-filling injections
Radiesse® is a wrinkle filler that reduces deep wrinkles, has a lifting effect and redefines facial contours.
Radiesse® can treat several areas of the face (nose, cheekbones, cheeks, nasolabial folds, bitterness folds, oval of the face, chin...). Results are immediate.
Formulated with an aqueous gel and calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres, Radiesse® stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, two proteins essential to good skin quality. Resorbable and biodegradable, this treatment is naturally eliminated by the body.
As with any treatment using fillers, the treatment may require a few touch-ups over time to achieve the desired correction.
Radiesse® can be injected with or without lidocaine (local anesthetic). To make the treatment as comfortable as possible, Clinique du Lac surgeons mainly inject with lidocaine.
